Take the time today to think back over what you have covered over the last 7 days and ask 'what has been the greatest insight God has taught me?'  'What has changed in my thinking and attitudes towards my Heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus, His indwelling Holy Spirit, the place of His word in my discipleship?'

You might also like to begin to memorise one particular passage that really struck you over the last 7 days and seek to recall this to mind regularly.

Write down any of your thoughts, prayers, insights, or questions that you would like to bring to the group when it next meets.
